Kinbasket Lake Resort is conveniently located between Golden and Revelstoke just 10km from Glacier Park and 30km from Rogers Pass.

The campground features:

One very large lake in the summer and fall
Two rivers and endless exploration in the spring and early summer
Nice sized campsites
Lots of trees
Fire pits and picnic tables at each site
Wheel barrow loads of nice dry firewood for $20.00 - 2 to 2.5 times the wood in bundles at other places)
RV/trailer sites with power and water
Sani-dump for $20 and free for 3 nights stay
Non-powered tent/car camping sites
Lakefront and non-lakefront sites
Flush toilets and hot showers
Dish washing facility on site

Campsite Pricing

Prices are based on double adult (16 years+) occupancy.
GST and a 3% credit card fee will be applied to all bookings.
3 night minimum stay when if a stay touches holiday weekends.

Persons 16 years + above double occupancy in the first tent/rv - $5/pp/night
Second adult tent on site - 50% site surcharge - Extra tents on sites are acceptable only at managment discretion
Second/third Vehicle or equipment trailer - $5/night - Will be parked in common parking area, not at the site.
Boats on trailers, launch and/or dock privileges - $20/day
Quads, ATV's, Motorcycles - $10/day/unit

We close at 10:30 PM Mountain (Alberta)Time

Campsite check-in is 3PM to 10:30PM – Check-out is 11AM
Rates and availability are subject to change up to time of bookings
Reservations require payment in full at time of booking
Reservation dates may be changed in same season up to 8 days in advance of original check-in date, subject to availability
Limit one vehicle parking per site – no boat/trailer or equipment trailer parking at the sites – remote parking available
Pets – Maximum 2 – see first page of this site
*Sani Dump – Due to our remote location and the cost to pump tanks there is no dumping for a one night stay. To stay even long term we suggest you do as many of our campers do, come with empty tanks and use our toilets and showers to conserve you waste tank capacity. If this is a one night stay, just ask us for directions to the nearest free dump station in Golden or Revelstoke on the way to your next stop.

Notes

Please here by 10:30 PM – The sounds of people/trucks/trailers moving in after that time is really not fair for those who made the effort to get here on time and may be sleeping.
Please – YOU ARE GOING CAMPING – Bring an axe or hatchet and something to start your fire with – If we have to supply kindling, newspaper and lighters it may cost more!
