If you are inquiring within 2 days of check-in please call at 250-344-1270 to reserve
For all others, so that we may expedite your reservation and so that we may provide you with the best possible experience, you must complete the form below and then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. If a field does not apply to your situation please leave it blank or mark NA.
As we are extremely busy during the day and evenings but can answer emails all night, so you will receive faster responses to your inquiries via email. In case of an emergency or if you don't hear from us in a day or two contact us by phone at 250-344-1270.
Payments - We will then confirm by return email that we have booked your request, followed by an email invoice for payment. If we cannot fulfil your request we will notify you. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations accepted via email only. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy so please don’t ask. We cannot consider any request without agreement to this cancellation policy.
Cabins – Cancellations must be received 8 days in advance of check-in date to receive immediate refunds. If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, you will receive revenues generated from your booking if we can re-book them with another party.
Campsites - Cancellations must be received 8 days in advance of check-in date to receive immediate refunds. If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, you will receive revenues generated from your booking if we can re-book them with another party.
Group Bookings - Requires one responsible party to act as coordinator and paymaster. We will contact you for the information needed.
Site/Cabin Preferences - We will do our best to honor site and cabin requests but do not guarantee placement.
Long/Holiday Weekends - Requires minimum 3 night stay
Please be here by 10:30 PM mountain time (Alberta time) when we close the gates or don't come that day at all as you'll be denied entry - we can't allow our guests that have arrived on time to be disturbed after that.
